Ginger is a great little mare & very fun to ride. She stands for mounting (most of the time), bathes, loads, etc. This mare has a very nice handle. She neckreins, backs, roll-backs, and turns on her heals very nicely. She is leg qued, and she lopes on que. She knows her leads, and she changes leads well. She has a nice, soft mouth, and she is truely a joy to ride. She has no buck, bolt, or rear. This mare is suitable for an advanced beginning rider (because of her training, some knowledge is required).
Ginger has been used at a bar, doing mounted security. She has been ridden all over the trails in East TN (pretty rough, mountainous terrain). We have used Ginger to pony other horses, and she will even push horses from behind when they are uncoperative. She has a nice collected lope, but she can really move out when pushed.
Ginger is a line-back true grulla. She has a ton of training, and she has been tested in the mountains. She has great bloodlines, and she is ready to hit the trails for you.
