Hawk is not only tall, dark, and handsome; but has a personality to boot! He'll "shake" your hand hello, and steal your heart the first time you ride him!
I have had Hawk for about a year and a half. I bought him for my fiance to trail ride with me, and I am selling him now, solely because I no longer have a fiance, and I can't afford three horses.
For as long as it lasted, Hawk has been a wonderful horse for us. My fiance learned how to ride on Hawk, and then proceeded to trail ride him in West Virginia, and I have trail ridden him in Ohio. Also, while he has been in my possesion, I have put a lot of road miles on him.
Hawk is smart! We tought him how to "shake" within a few minutes and a handful of treats! He would make a wonderful companion for an "intermediate" level 4-H child, with no fear of a large horse.
This handsome boy clips, (except for his ears) bathes, loads, and cross ties. He is also well behaved for a farrier. Hawk just had his teeth worked on this July, and had his shots in June. He has NO bad habits at all, other than being "boss of the pasture". He has not been lame within the time he has been in my possesion, nor have I had any issues with his health.
I LOVE to ride this horse. I am going to miss him! He is such a FUN ride! He has a phenomenal canter and a very soft mouth, with a halt that will put you over his head.
Hawk is bred to be in a show ring, but showing Tennessee Walkers is not my thing. Though, maybe it is yours! I am sure he has the potential, and certainly has the look!
I just want this sweet boy to go to the type of home that he deserves! He loves to work, and loves to go! PLEASE email me with ANY questions you might have! My name is Ashley. THANK YOU! SKIPPRSRACERGRL@aol.com
