"Effie" is a lovely young prospect for a dressage or hunter rider. She was given Premium status at her German Oldenburg Verband inspection. They commented on her neck, movement, and overall balance.

Her sire, Festrausch, is by the incomparable Florestan I and has fluid, elegant movement. Her dam is also an exceptional mover with big, ground covering gaits and wonderful expression. The inspectors were very surprised to learn she was a Thoroughbred, she is truly exemplary. Dam is 16.1h and her sire is over 17.2h, so she should mature to 16.3h+. Also, her sire is black and dam is as close to black as a bay horse can get. Effie gets darker all the time, so she should be very nearly black when she fully matures.

Effie's temperament is perfect. She is curious and friendly, but does not crowd. She learns very quickly and enjoys all forms of attention, even baths! She is an ideal prospect for either an amateur or professional. Will be weaned around the first of November.
